This video shows you how to do an apple cider vinegar rinse to soothe an itchy, and inflamed scalp. This remedy quickly removes dandruff, product buildup, detangles and conditions the hair. It's great to use before a semi, demi or permanent hair color treatment. This is the fourth step of a multi-step process I use on wash day. Steps 3-5 of my regimen are covered. Here is my full hair regimen: 1. Detangle with Hawaiian Silky 2. Apply Deep Conditioner on Dry Hair with Heat for 45 minutes 3. Shampoo 4. Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse (as needed for itchy scalp.) 5. Quickie Conditioner 6. Aphogee (Two Minute Reconstructor as needed to strengthen damaged hair and to help with breakage and excessive shedding.) 7. Leave in Conditioner Cream 8. Moisturizer (This is optional for me, but this is highly recommended) 9. Olive Oil 10. Protective style/braidout or style of your choice

Here I show you how I make my scalp ease spray, I first saw this made by my girl Jazzybee445, it is a wonderful spray, I have others that I use, this is one I wanted to share because it is great for scalp conditioning. Now I make it for others as well as myself. Make sure you learn the oils that work for you or whomever you make this spray it for. This is for 8 oz size bottle" 1/3 cup Glycerin 1 tbls Avocado (or carrier oil of your choose) 1 tbls coconut oil 7 drops Rosemary oil, 3 drops peppermint oil, 5 drops Basil oil (total of 15) ½ tsp vitamin E oil ¼ tsp Tea Tree Oil Purified water Place mixture in bowl mix well transfer to bottle, fill the rest of the bottle with the purified water, and shake well. Use as needed can be used daily (I us daily), this spray helps with the scalp itch, as well as moisturizing the hair, great for assistance with hair growth and healthy scalp and hair!

I have about almost 3 months of growth since my BC so I'm still working with a TWA and I know WnGs get old...so I decided to do something different.
