Consumer Review of Itchy Scalp Care Shampoo. Head & Shoulders Itchy Scalp Care with Eucalyptus Shampoo has a nice calming effect for the scalp. I use head and shoulders about every other day for itchy scalp but have always wished it were more natural. This has Eucalyptus added and i think it does soothe the itch better and for a longer time than their other varieties. Nice smell, not mediciney. Lathers well too. Little more natural. And still works great at controling the itch. Consumer Review of Itchy Scalp Care 2-in-1. I found this product to be very effective for regular use. It controls both dandruff and itch in between shampoos for the most part which is nice. The conditioner doesn't make my hair as soft as a seperate conditioner but it still does a good job of making my hair manageable. Best of all the fresh, clean scent is wonderful overall and makes the product a pleasure to use.
